Returns Policy

If you have any questions about your order, please email us at customercare@carlastacruz.com.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, email us at customercare@carlastacruz.com for a returns label, and please return the product in its original packaging within 14 days from date of receipt. All tags and labels should accompany the product. No returns will be accepted on items that have been altered, damaged, or worn in any way.

We will refund your purchase after complete inspection. This will take 2 weeks to process.  Shipping and handling will be charged to your account.

For Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam:

A $20 USD charge will be applied.


Other Territories:

Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, US Minor Outlying Islands, Vatican City State, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.S.)

Please refer to your preferred service provider (DHL, Fedex, Post Office) and their corresponding shipping charges, as well as any insurance costs. All shipping and handling will be shouldered by you, the buyer. Please email us the tracking number as well at customercare@carlastacruz.com. Note that it will take us 3 weeks to process your refund.

Procedure:

  • Request a return form through emailing customercare@carlastacruz.com within 14 days of receiving order.

  • Note: A return form must be requested through customer care. No refunds will be given without a return form.

  • Ship item to address on return form. Return packages should be postmarked within 30 days from date of original purchase.

  • Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Carla Sta. Cruz is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to external forces, such as the weather.  

  • In the event a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled, Carla Sta. Cruz will not be responsible for its reimbursement or compensation. Carla Sta. Cruz reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
